Building a Perfect ‘Wind Down’ Routine

One of the best ways to improve your sleep is to create a nighttime routine. Just as you do in the morning (think shower, coffee, scrolling the news), having a routine before bed can improve the overall quality of your sleep and enhance your function the next day.
