Core Exercises for Functional Fitness

Since 2015, we have partnered with trainers from the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute (HPI) to implement our Veterans Path to Success, Resilience Training, Military Caregiver Reunion, and Resilience for Life Programs. HPI helps individuals develop their life mission, increase focus and awareness, improve confidence, and expand their energy through movement, nutrition, and sleep.

In the following video, HPI Performance Coach and Registered Dietitian, Jenna Braddock, demonstrates four easy exercises to strengthen your core that do not require any equipment.
