Join Dr. Jo and her guests to learn about how small shifts in the way we eat, sleep, move, and think can shift our energy level so we can be happier, healthier, and more productive.

In the following podcast, Dr. Jo interviews Dana Angelo White, a registered dietitian, and author of six books including, Healthy One Pan Dinners: 100 Easy Recipes for Your Sheet Pan, Skillet, Multicooker and More. Dana works closely with chefs and authors to develop creative and healthy recipes for cookbooks, magazines and menus. She is the nutrition expert for Food Network.com and founding contributor for Food Network’s Healthy Eats blog.

Dr. Jo is a PhD nutritionist and professional speaker. Recently, Dr. Jo presented to VVP alumni for the ‘Healthy Holiday Habits’ virtual seminar and Q&A.
