Showing Your Gratitude
Expressing appreciation and being thankful can reduce depression and stress, increase energy and happiness, and even prolong your life! Gratitude also increases the feel-good thoughts in your brain and helps you avoid negative or unhappy thoughts. Take a moment to listen to Go Noodle’s Think About It video on Gratitude, and then write your very own thank you note to someone you are grateful for or create a family thankfulness jar.
